NATIONAL REINING HORSE ASSOCIATION NON PRO FUTURITY L2 &3 CHAMPIONS!!
The Levels 3 and 2 Non-Pro championships went to Taylor Larson, of Whitesboro, Texas, and Wimpys Dolled Up (Wimpys Little Step x Dolled Up Gunner) with a score of 215.5. Their score also landed them in a fourth-place tie in the Level 4 Non-Pro. Larson Performance Horses Inc. owns the palomino mare, and Larson is her nominator.
In all, the duo won $54,870, including the nominator incentive. Prior to the Futurity, the team earned more than $12,000 after strong showings at the Southwest Reining Horse Association Futurity and All American Quarter Horse Congress Futurity.
Wimpys Dolled Up is the first foal out of their mare, Dolled Up Gunner and the first foal born on their Ranch in Whitesboro, TX. Taylor expresses, “There is nothing more rewarding then breeding, foaling, raising, training and having that special relationship with your horse. It is a dream come true for me!!”
